What do you do?

As SEEK’s Technology & Operations manager I make, break and fix things. I work by myself and in small or big teams. I enjoy jumping into and supporting all aspects of our work, and improving aspects of the experience whenever possible.

What's your background?

I’ve always enjoyed being a part of teams designing and delivering mind blowing experiences. From museum exhibits and point of purchase displays to board games and applications for phones and medical equipment, I’ve seen the processes and consistent pursuit of excellence that leads to world class brand experiences.

Adam Savage’s Tested videos about his workshop and processes are fascinating to me. I love the way he is constantly evaluating his process, and making tweaks to be better at whatever he is doing.
